Moved the Geometry and GeometryComponent classes to a new bundle for a
geometry visualization service.

service CSV stuff. Now working on the vizualization perspective CSV
viewer.

IShapes and a GeometryComponent which manages the Geometry.

Fixing bug where a user could load an input file with no Variables block and produce a NullPointerException.

Adds proper dependencies to SWTBot test bundles, allowing them to create
Eclipse instances when launched from Maven to run tests in. It also
changes PlotEditorTester to use a fake IVizServiceFactory, since Maven
does not iniatalize and consume all OSGi services needed for the test.
