Looks like the only thing holding the build together was the Eclipse
Feature. Since I'm moving away from that, the build is currently broken.
However, it compiles fine in the self-hosted version of ICE.

resolves with Tycho at least.

Updated the branch so that it can now be built again, after changes in
target repos had made the build fail.

Also updated some plug-in version numbers that were still left as 2.2.0.

AbstractWorbenchTester's openView() no longer returns a reference to the
opened view, to avoid a bug where SWTBot could not obtain that
reference.

Update the licence reference

Set the product's version to 2.2.1 instead of using a variable, to try
to prevent there from being null values set to the json object during
facade creation.
