This commit features a working Plant View in JavaFX. the
IControllerFactories have been refactored to avoid use of instanceof and
to extend from an AbstractControllerFactory.

Removed references to Win32 plug-ins in some launch files, as the Mac
build is failing on the corresponding packages and its inability to
resolve Windows plug-ins may be the reason.
