Fixed the way logging works and configured the logging bundles to match
the rest of ICE's run configurations.

Fixed a bug where ExecutableEntries were calling the supertype clone()
method, causing Forms using them to have Entries of the wrong type. 

Fixed a bug where the VibeModel's IOservice, which does not need to be
persisted, was missing an XMLTransient annotation.

command prompt if the launched executable cannot be found in the local

Fixed a bug with the SerializedItemBuilder where the
ICEJAXBClassProvider was not being used to get a full list of
unmarshalable classes.
