Added -Dprism.forceGPU=true to the Linux product's VM arguments, as some
systems require it in order to display JavaFX graphics.

The MOOSEFormEditor now uses a consumed OSGi JavaFX Geometry Editor
service, instead of relying on a hard coded one.

Also added viz.service.javafx.mesh to the feature and added more tests.

An error in ice.product was preventing the built executable from finding
the org.eclipse.fx.osgi bundle, which in turn prevented the loading of
JavaFX classes. This commit fixes the problem, as well as adds more test
classes.

IControllerFactories have been refactored to avoid use of instanceof and
to extend from an AbstractControllerFactory.

Split the viz.service.javafx package into the shared viz.service.javafx
package and individual packages for the javafx implementations of the
geometry and mesh editors: viz.service.javafx.geometry and
viz.service.javafx.mesh.

Got all tests working with the new mesh and geometry editors. Also
renamed most of the data structures involved in the unified MVC data
structures.

Refactored the EclipseUIWidgetFactory so that it will pull extensions
from the IFormWidgetBuilder extension point in addition to exposing the
registration operation on its interface. I also cleaned up the OSGi
component files that were hanging around for form builders. I cleaned up
some old HDF5 component files too. I removed unneeded auto-launched
bundles from the product too.

The last commit added platform specific plugins to our target definition
and failed to resolve on Mac and Windows. I've reverted the target to
the previous configuration in this commit. I added a filter to the pom
platform resolution to just use the javax.ws.rs 1.1.1 plugin, not 2.0.1,
which revealed the 2.0.1 dependency came from the docker feature in the
target. I removed the docker tooling, and the 2.0.1 addition to the
target is gone. 

I'm leaving the filter for now to catch this bug in the future. We can
remove it though since no plugins are pulling in the 2.0.1 plugin.

I added Mylyn bundles and all required bundles to the Product. I also
cleaned up a few more bundle versions to prevent the target from failing
in the build. I removed egit and jgit from the feature and put them into
the product as features. There is a lot more work that needs to be done
to clean up both of these files.
