Fixed issues with the mesh editor allowing users to drag vertices off
the grid, the geometry editor camera behaving oddly at the start of a
drag, and many packages referencing Java 7 instead of 8.

Changed the Plot Editor to a MultiPageEditorPart and updated
IVizServices with the capability to provide arbitrary extra pages to
tabs in the Plot Editor. Updated the CSVVizService to provide an extra
page containing the file's data in a text editor.

Added a tutorial for the Geometry Editor to the documentation, and fixed
various bugs in the Geometry Editor, including problems with Tubes not
displaying or cloning properly.

The MOOSE SWTBot test was failing on Mac due to the save button having
different tooltip text. The test will now look for the Mac button if it
can't find the Linux/Windows button.

This addresses Issue #108

, where cloning ICE from Dev menu left the java
fx bundles with build errors due to the fact that e(fx)clipse was not
installed properly.

Added various features/bug fixes for the mesh editor, including setting
the meshes' coordinates to line up with the grid, requiring confirmation
for a polygon after its last vertex is added, added more keys for user
interaction, and a bug regarding drawing an edge after an identical edge
had been canceled.
