Move Greycat to Bintray repository and upgrade to v18

The Greycat Github repository has been archived, and the DataThings Maven repository is no longer working:

https://registry.datathings.com/repository/public/

We have to deploy those binaries to a Maven repository of our own (for instance, Bintray), and use that from Hawk.
