User feedback SmartRAG

From KI.NRW we have some user feedback for the SmartRAG pipeline:

• it is hard to detect when the FAISS index is ready, could there be a popup in the middle while generating it?
• after or during the the FAISS index generation the pipeline stopped executing, so the user had to switch browser Tabs, click the run button and then the LLM was responding
• can we somehow fix the internal error when opening the user-feedback-node-ui in case the metrics have not yet been written?
