Improve Document Generation Pipeline (Readme-Gen-Pipeline) for GitHub Repos and Multi-Format Support

Enhance the existing readme generation pipeline,

• Ensure compatibility with the latest LLM containers
• Support multiple output formats (e.g., .md, .docx, .pdf).
• To make it more generic across all GitHub repositories
