Marketplace has been offline this week:

It says:

Application is not available

The application is currently not serving requests at this endpoint.

It may not have been started or is still starting.

Got this error on https://marketplace.eclipse.org/ . The Eclipse IDE simply freezes when I try to open the Marketplace.
