save source system of solution

to send the execution metadata back to the graphene instnace, we need to save the source system address/domain during deploySolution() in a textfile as part of solution.zip Better even the URL of the federation endpoint (domain:port)

• add config property for federation endpoint
• update installation deployments
• transfer to kubernetes-client
