#195 Oomph setup: configure Java code templates.

 - Now by default JavaDoc templates are applied (e.g. for new classes).
 - Removed '@author' from all the JavaDoc templates.
 - Added Eclipse ESCET license header at top of new files.
   - Copyright line automatically includes the current year.
