#1262 Fix more occurrences of double words in our repo

• End-user visible changes:
  • Fixed a bunch of occurrences of double words in the CIF documentation.
  • CIF code generator: Fixed an occurrence of a double word in a comment of generated JS/HTML code.
• Other changes:
  • Fixed a bunch of occurrences of double words in the CIF/common JavaDocs/comments/readmes.
  • Added a . at the end of a few comments.
