#1260 Rename various 'intfunc' / 'extfunc' names

• Readable by commit (1 rename each commit).
• Renaming has been done with the Eclipse rename functionality.
• Final commit reformats the affected plugins, except 1 that has a bad reformat proposal.

No functional changes.
