#1246 CIF/BDD: require initial node table size of at least 2.

• End-user visible changes:
  • CIF data-based synthesis 'BDD library initial node table size' option now requires a size that is at least 2.
• Other changes:
  • The CIF/BDD settings have been changed accordingly.
