#1143 Add new CIF logo/icon

• Best to review per commit.
• No end-user visible changes here yet. The new logo and icon are put in the org.eclipse.escet.cif.misc plugin, but not yet used anywhere.
• Changes:
  • ESCET logo sources readme: remove duplicate newline at the end.
  • Remove old CIF logo/icon.
  • Add new CIF logo/icon.
