#1157 CIF codegen: fix setting SVG output attribute for invalid CSS value.

    • The CIF code generator now generates HTML pages that properly handle SVG output mappings where the value is not a valid CSS value for the corresponding CSS style property, ensuring that the last-set valid value is not preserved.
