Draft: #798 Archiving the PLCgen self-certification tests development branch

This is a merge request for the 798-plcgen-s7-300-self-certification-tests branch. I'm creating it only to preserve the history of the different versions of the PLCgen self-certification test set. This merge request is not meant to be merged. I'll close it immediately after creating it.
