#1141 CIF Ecore docs: get rid of a 'NOTE' comment leading to a non-removeable problem item

  • The comment line is no longer recognized as a note that gives a non-removeable item in the 'Problems' view.
  • Slight textual improvement to the comment itself.
  • No need to rebuild the PDF, since only a comment is changed.
