#1127 CIF code generation for HTML: allow configure frequencies

  • End-user visible changes:
    • The CIF code generator now has an 'HTML frequencies' option to configure the minimum, default and maximum frequency. The frequencies can be changed, to for instance ensure that the execution is fluent and accurate enough.
    • Fixed a typo fixed in the HTML code generation documentation.
  • Other changes:
    • The CIF code generator test ToolDef script can now configure per-test targets.
