#715 CIF codegen: by default, generate HTML, not Simulink code.

  • The CIF code generator now by default generates HTML, not Simulink code. Simulink is a commercial tool, so most users probably don't have it, while they all have a browser. HTML is more generally usable than Simulink. Also, we have actual users at RWS that use this a lot, while I don't know of any user that generates Simulink code.
