#1069 CIF HTML codegen: runtime error if SVG input event mapping is incomplete.

    • The CIF code generator for HTML now produces code that results in a runtime error if an SVG input mapping does not map to an event at runtime.
    • The CIF code generator for HTML now produces code with nicer layout for SVG input mappings with event mappings (rather than updates).
