#742 Add SBE course Module 5

• This is the next module, Module 5. After this, only one module remains (at least only one module previously prepared by the students).
• There are also some small changes to Module 1, to make it consistent with Module 5.
• And there are some changes to the course files for Module 1, also to keep it consistent with changes in Module 5.
• For this first version of the SBE course, we decided not to do the usual in-depth review, but to get it out quickly, and afterwards see what needs to improved further. So, a direct approval is fine. If there are some general/non-detailed comments, or comments about non-content stuff, that would still be fine as well.
