#1044 CSV parser: use 'row' as indication of the line + better error message for non-rectangular tables

Rows seem a better indication of where to look.

End-user visible changes:

  • The DSM clustering tool and PLCgen now provide improved error messages when reading CSV files where not all rows have the same number of fields.
