#1048 Move print output and text formatting documentation from CIF simulator documentation to CIF language tutorial and reference manual (!1127) · Merge requests · Eclipse Projects / Eclipse ESCET (Supervisory Control Engineering Toolkit) / escet

Best to review per commit. This one is simpler than !1115 (merged), with mostly just moves and some adaptations to introductions/context. I also merged the remaining pages in the simulator documentation to a single page. Hopefully with the separate commits it is possible to follow the changes.
It is not a goal of this issue to improve the documentation, only to move it. Still, I made some very small changes and fixes here and there, as I stumbled upon them.
