#1015 Move CIF simulator SVG documentation partly to CIF language tutorial and CIF language reference manual

• Best to review per commit: I prepared it in one branch, and then recreated it in smaller steps in another branch, from which I then created this merge request. There are quite a few changes (much more than I expected). I hope you can follow it.
• It is not a goal of this issue to improve the documentation, only to move it. Still, I made some very small changes and fixes here and there, as I stumbled upon them. I tried to mostly commit these separately, if they could be separated easily from the other changes.
