#350 CIF/ToolDef metamodel diagram improvements

Dennis Hendriks requested to merge 350-remove-import-sign-on-inheritance-line-of-cif-metamodel-diagram into develop
  • Removed import signs on inheritance lines of CIF/ToolDef metamodel diagrams. They somehow were already not in PNG exports. Still, I re-exported them just to be sure.
  • For ToolDef, I also removed position structural features from the diagrams. I also regenerated the PNG images for that.
  • I also regenerated the CIF Ecore documentation PDF to include the latest images.
