#956 PLCgen: Allow algebraic variables as output in I/O.

Yesterday I wondered whether you could copy input directly to output. It appears not to be possible, not sure if that should be changed.

Thinking a bot more about it, I thought "adding algvars as output can't be difficult". Indeed, it isn't :)
