#836 Eclipse ESCET download page improvements.

• Best to review per commit.
• Changes:
  • Made it even clearer that ESCET downloads include all tools.
  • For macOS, aarch64 is now listed before x64. All new Apple computers have an aarch64 architecture.
  • Added more explanation for aarch64 vs x64, with Apple Support links, next to the download button, and in the macOS section further down the download page.
  • Added 'More info' buttons for each download. Links to the appropriate section further down the page.
  • Linked Windows/Linux sections to command line section even lower on the page.
  • For macOS, explain the download options in more detail in the macOS section.
  • Inline the 'ESCET IDE' section for each platform, for less sections.

I think that addresses the biggest issues raised in issue #836 (closed).
