PLCgen test models "sync_events_funcs" and "sync_events_main" result in incorrect value

For the CIF model and generated PLC code of "sync_events_funcs", see issue #980 (closed).

In both of the sync_events tests the actual value of monitor11d_count is 2611, instead of the expected 2333.

Note that for the "sync_events_funcs" test we manually fixed the issue described in #980 (closed) in order to check the results.
