PLCgen test model "op_bind_and_prio_num" does not download to device

Generated PLC code: CONSTANTS.xml DB.db MAIN.scl

When downloading the compiled PLC code to the PLC for this test model, a generic error message is received. We believe this is the same error as described in #912 (closed). This test model contains a very large set of int and real variables, which exceeds the maximum size of the variable database.
