CIF controller properties checker (BDD-based checks) OutOfMemoryError: Maximum size of node array reached

The tool cifcontrollercheck produce an error: (OutOfMemoryError) Maximum size of node array reached (see the images below) when checking for bounded response and non blocking under control.
