CIF data-based synthesis can't be started from GUI anymore

Steps:

• Right-click a .cif file and start data-based synthesis.
• Accept the defaults in the option dialog and press OK.

• ERROR: Invalid value for option "--edge-order": "model".
  CAUSE: The edge ordering option is used. This option is no longer supported. It will be removed in a future version of the tool. Use the 'Edge order for backward reachability' and 'Edge order for forward reachability' options instead.
