Crash reports should indicate where to report issues

It should include a message to the website with information on issue reporting.

This applies to application framework application crash reports as well as to generic text editor crashes (popup + logged to Error Log).

The message should be overridable in the application framework for non-ESCET applications, and the text editor for non-ESCET text editors.
