Eclipse is hiding imported projects

I can't import or create a subplant project. With some random digging I found Eclipse has it already imported, and is NOT showing it.

Thus I cannot delete it, fix it, etc etc.

I deleted some exclude things in the root setups to find this. Please give me something that is actually transparent so I don't have to waste time fighting silly software.
