PLCgen: custom function calls (generic approach)

This issue is superseded by #1115.

Can we make it possible to generate code with calls to custom functions?

Problem description: the PLCgen generates OB1. Any call to a custom function must be add manually in the OB1. Can these calls be generated also by PLCgen?
