[faq] Can a contributor use "@users.noreply.github.com" as an e-mail address?

If I understand correctly how this works , the answer has to be no.
Contributing to an open source project is a transparent process. We need to be able to trace contributions back to a specific individual.
The first important question is whether or not my understanding is correct. Is there actual traceability from a commit that uses this sort of email address? Can we actually contact somebody via this email address?
