Update monitoring of component constraints
Change the semantics of component constraints in monitoring; in addition to the first matching option, consider also all other matching clauses and keep all options open.
Eclipse GitLab is currently experiencing a surge in traffic from automated processes and bots. We are investigating ways to block this traffic with minimal impact on legitimate users. Stronger measures, such as removing anonymous access, would likely be effective but would disrupt normal use. Thank you for your patience
