Configure CI/CD job to merge specific branch to branch 'devel' if build succedes

Description

To solve this issue I'm going to create 2 test branches:

• test-devel-branch: it represents the 'devel' branch
• test-branch-to-merge: it represent the branch that needs to be merged into test-devel-branch.
