Error using the “Create View” button from the “Welcome tab”

Description

Created attachment 163 StringIndexOutOfBoundsException: String index out of range: 0

After creating a new CHESS Project, I use the "create View" to créate a Block Definition Diagram inside the System Model View. After typing the new of the diagram and clicking "OK" and error appear. (See attached file)
