Add another tagging example to highlight tag-filtering capabilities

This MR adds an additional example for the use of tagged regions and makes the use of tag filtering more clear

It uses, compared to the existing example, no commented tag directive and two example includes.

• include the tag region only
• include the whole file containing a tagged region but do not render the tag directive
