Remove indent method for listing blocks

Both listing blocks and literal blocks are documented to have a "indent method". But it can´t be true that the same syntax is used for both, so I assume this is an error.

Given that listing blocks do not declare the indent method in the list of methods, I assume the indent method does not belong to listing blocks. Hence the removal.
