[ONSITE] Room Equipment

We need the following to equip the room for the hackathon:

• audio system - speakers so that the Hack MC/Moderator can be heard acoustically well by everyone in the room
• Flipboard charts - at least 15-20 for each team
• displays or beamer
• Sound equipment + mics + handler --> speakers only on the scene / next to the scene or all around the room?
