[ONSITE] Accessibility to the building

We need to secure access to the building and make sure:

• participants can enter/exit at any time

What is required?

• badges?
• security clearance?
• security cards to enter/exit the building?
• closing time of the building
• availability to hire food trucks?
• availability to bring prototype vehicles -- e.g. cars, truck?
