Collect organization representatives for the different committees

Rationale

Once the different organization has signed the Oniro Participation Agreement, Eclipse needs to collect the contact information of their representatives in every of the three committees so they can be added to the corresponding infrastructure and communication channels. They will also be invited to the different events. Contact information about their proxies is also needed.

Create a document for each committee with the names and the affiliation of each representative (committee composition).

• Create the document for each committee.
• Add each document listing the committee members to the corresponding repository, using a consistent nomenclature.
