Oniro migration: zephir-*-clang, linux-seco-*, freertos-*-clang build job failed

By default, all these build jobs don't run in the pipeline zephir--clang, linux-seco-, freertos-*-clang, they require manual action.

Last success CI pîpeline MR in oniro project: https://gitlab.eclipse.org/eclipse/oniro-core/oniro/-/pipelines/11080 Has been merged without testing these jobs.

When I launch them manually, in EF infrastructure, there have a big impact in IO Saturation on Node, and all failed.

Should they still exist while migrating pipeline to EF infrastructure?
