Adding service gitlab-runner-pod-cleanup
Adding pod cleanup, in case pod remain in namespace. The case occur when a new pod runner is created and job continue to run.

Eclipse GitLab is currently experiencing a surge in traffic from automated processes and bots. We are investigating ways to block this traffic with minimal impact on legitimate users. Stronger measures, such as removing anonymous access, would likely be effective but would disrupt normal use. Thank you for your patience
