Build Docker images is now done with buildkit, and a dedicated service hosted at eclipse for building images.
Eclipse GitLab is currently experiencing a surge in traffic from automated processes and bots. We are investigating ways to block this traffic with minimal impact on legitimate users. Stronger measures, such as removing anonymous access, would likely be effective but would disrupt normal use. Thank you for your patience
