Reorganise the oniro-wg content structure
Rationale
As we abandoned the proposal subgroup and start using the new structure, some flaws in our permissions/roles management has been detected that should be fixed by changing the structure of our subgroups.
- We need to create a specific subgroup for committees, where we can restrict easily the write access to those involved in those committees. This will provide higher levels of freedom for collaboration in other subgroups.
- As described in ticket #2 we need to create a subgroup for IT services topics. Instead of creating a high level subgroup, the best option is to create one for products and services where we will include the oniro platform release roadmap subgroup and additional ones coming in the future, like IT compliance tooling and others.
- We need to adapt and review the permission to access the committees and well as the newly created subgroups
The current structure is this one
The proposed structure would be the following:
oniro-wg ┐
products-services-oniro-wg┐
release-roadmap-oniro-wg┐
platform-release-roadmap-oniro-wg: initiatives-qualification and initiatives-release
┐
it-services-oniro-wg
┐
committees-oniro-wg┐
steering-committee-oniro-wg
marketing-committee-oniro-wg
spec-committee-ooniro-wg
┐
specifications-oniro-wg
marketing-oniro-wg
The rest of the subgroups will remain inside the above ones unchanged.
