Creation of partners onboarding checklist

Background: this is a followup of a call we had some time ago with @toscalix.

Having such a todo/check list would be very useful for all. So, I propose to:

1. brainstorm on content
2. make it official
3. assign functions for each of the point, so it's easy to follow later

A few points that immediatelly come to my mind:

1. announcements in the form of a blog post (WebPortal)
2. announcements in the social media (Twitter/LinkedIn/IRC)
3. Documents update @EF
4. Sharing a quick onboarding guide (what systems, how they are used, our procedures etc)
5. Community - people registred in the systems (@EF/@OSTC)
6. An introductory call / invitiation & virtual handshake with the core team
7. an entry interview (what was easy, what was "hard" for the prospect) => in that way we can improve
8. any other?
